Aileen Van Ginkel has served the EFC in various capacities since 1989, including co-chair of the Social Action Commission and director of the Education Commission. She organized and helped to facilitate the Christian Media Roundtable from 2001 to 2003 .She has a BA degree in history from Calvin College and an MA degree in Canadian history from the University of Toronto. Her current research/writing focus is on prayer-led communities – a project she is undertaking through Tyndale University College & Seminary.
