Defining stub
A stub is an article that is too short to be genuinely useful, but not so short as to be totally useless. It must be long enough to at least define the article's title and its meaning in order to appear in ChristianMedia.ca.
Nevertheless the above is not enough. It is still a stub if it does not have any general or basic coverage about the article. In other words, a stub is an article which is so incomplete that an editor who knows (very) little about the topic could improve its content after a superficial Web search or a few minutes in a reference library.
The length of the article is not an absolute rule to classify between a stub and a non-stub. Even a long article on a complicated topic may be a stub; conversely, a short article on a topic of narrow scope may not be a stub.
Note that small articles with too little information may end up being nominated for deletion or be merged into another relevant article.
