An overview of famous writers, & their approach to story. Writing Narrative & Dialogue We will look at elements of narrative: sequencing, coherence, style, and the role of dialogue. Editing drafting, polishing, editing with friends Character Development – Timelines, setting, personal experience Oral History What are they and why they are important for families and communities. Practical tools for producing an oral history. Sentence Modeling How to learn from the best. This workshop will be hands-on.
