Morley Halsmith was involved with Jay & Meridel Rawlings and Bruce & Noira Alien to produce a film entitled "Gates of Brass!' (Doko Communications, Inc. phone: 212-686-6160) and distributed by 'World Visitas.


The Morley Halsmith Memorial Scholarship was established at Cedarville University in Cedarville, Ohio, United States of America by Debra Halsmith to honor the life and ministry of her husband, Morley R. Halsmith, and to assist graduating seniors in the church music ministries program. The recipient must be a graduating senior with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3 who plans a full-time career in church music ministry. The student must demonstrate exceptional musical and spiritual leadership abilities. Recipients of this award are nominated and selected by departmental faculty; no application is necessary.
