Ruth Fazal is a songwriter, poet, singer and violinist.

Ruth has lived in Toronto, Canada since 1975, and has performed with all of the major orchestras in the city, and is actively involved in many chamber music ensembles. She can be frequently heard performing on CBC radio. Ruth is currently concertmaster of all three orchestras of the Mississauga Symphonic Association, including the acclaimed string orchestra Sinfonia Mississauga. Ruth is also concertmaster of the Elora Festival Orchestra and the Toronto Mendelssohn Choir Orchestra. Ruth is the Organist/Music Director at Little Trinity Anglican Church in downtown Toronto. Ruth has written many worship songs, and spends much of her time leading worship with her team, in churches and at conferences both in North America and in Europe. I long to see God’s people released into the joy of a deeply intimate relationship with the Lord Jesus, entering into the very centre of His heart in worship” Ruth has a desire to see music used in the context of intercession and prayer, and to incorporate the prophetic in all worship.
