GROUND FLOOR MEETING IN LONDON ON

April 25 in London ON

The artist of faith in Canada faces a number of obstacles in pursuing
their goals - fortunately, the lack of coordination and communication is
one obstacle that can be overcome.  The Ground Floor meeting that will
be held on April 25 in London (chosen for its centrality) has resulted
from discussions between Marty Gast (emit ridge) and myself regarding
the need for communication and networking. All artists (music, graphic,
writers), promoters and interested parties are invited.

There is no cost for the 1:00 meeting. The agenda is that there is none
- only to assemble and discuss.  Out of this meeting will be a
comprehensive list of independent and signed artists and promoters, with
a view to combining our efforts to become more effective at what we do.
We do have some ideas that we will be sharing at the meeting as well, as
to how this can be achieved through things such as radio promotion and
showcasing and working with the colleges and universities.  First
Baptist Church is located in downtown London, in the centre of a number
of restaurants, so no one will suffer.

Optional after Ground Floor will be the Taking Your Music Seriously
Seminar, which has developed from years of working in the music
industry, and Cafe Etc. in the evening.  Cafe Etc. is THE place to play
in London.
