Aileen Van Ginkel has served the EFC in various capacities since 1989, including co-chair of the Social Action Commission and director of the Education Commission. She organized and helped to facilitate the Christian Media Roundtable from 2001 to 2003 .She has a BA degree in history from Calvin College and an MA degree in Canadian history from the University of Toronto. Her current research/writing focus is on prayer-led communities – a project she is undertaking through Tyndale University College & Seminary. Aileen Van Ginkel has had training and experience since 1990 in facilitating group dialogue. She is available as a consultant to organizations and congregations that are embarking on a strategic planning process. She also assists groups of organizations and/or congregations that are exploring the development of a ministry partnership. Communal prayer is a critical element to the experience that Aileen facilitates. Partnership Coaching: Aileen is available as a coach to individuals who are engaged in facilitation as ministry partnership at the stages of exploration, formation or operation. Training/equipping: Aileen is available to lead training and equipping sessions related to partnership development and group dialogue facilitation.
