Born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, Wendy grew up in the West Island suburb of Pointe Claire. She first picked up a guitar at sixteen years old when she took a summer course at a local high school. Two years later, she committed her life to Christ and immediately began writing songs about her experiences with the Lord.

Since then, she has ministered in hundreds of venues in Canada, the United States, the West Indes and Europe, including churches, coffeehouses, hospitals and prisons. She is passionate about evangelism and missions, and uses her songs to reach out to believers and unbelievers alike.

She serves as an itinerant worship leader for churches whose worship teams need training and encouragement. Her music is also ideal for Christian coffeehouses, women's or youth groups, or children's ministry.

Wendy's is also well-known for her jokes and impersonations. She loves to laugh and to get others laughing, which always makes for a good balance of music, ministry and fun! She is available for community outreach or fundraiser events that call for a lighthearted evening of music and humor.
