CKBD The Bridge was Canada's first full time Christian radio station broadcasting from Vancouver British Columbia. The station was owned by Jim Pattison and run by his Jim Pattison Broadcast Group.

1994 Jan. 7: CHRX 600 CLASSIC ROCK signs off at 6 pm with Led Zeppelin’s “Stairway to Heaven” At 6 pm the sound of ocean waves and Christian music medleys introduced us to a new radio format for Canada.

The Christian music format lasted from 1994 to July 1998. The station is now an adult contemporary secular station called 600 AM.
