Nanisivik, Nunavut

Nanisivik is a village located in Nunavut. The community of Nanisivik expanded due to the development of the lead/zinc mine called Nanisivik. During the summer, fitness enthusiasts run the "Midnight Sun Marathon" along the 21 kilometre road to nearby Arctic Bay. The following churches, media workers and media ministries are based in this community.
