Nanisivik is a village located in Nunavut. The community of Nanisivik expanded due to the development of the lead/zinc mine called Nanisivik. During the summer, fitness enthusiasts run the "Midnight Sun Marathon" along the 21 kilometre road to nearby Arctic Bay.
