ll Seer is an artist who expresses his thoughts through poetry, alternafunkpunkhiphop, and hiphop Cyril D. Guerette. He holds a Master of Philosophy in Theology, 2000 from the University of Cambridge, England.

His album ILL SEER: PHOSPHATIDYLSERINE (fos-PHAT-id-ILL SEER-een) was nominated by the Canadian Gospel Music Association for the 27th Annual Covenant Awards in Best Hiphop/Rap Album category.

Friday August 4, 2006, Ill Seer gave an hour performance at the Nidus Festival in Kitchener, Ontario.


Saturday June 3, 2006 - ILL SEER and Runaway appear for an interview on Kitchener-Waterloo's 94.3 FAITH FM's progressive radio show"Soul Fusion".


Friday March 24, 2006 - MissionFest Toronto sees the prayer room taken over by Toronto Groove Collective for the 12.00-6.00am slot with ILL SEER doing some doxological freestyle from 12.00-2.00am to live electronics & beats.

March 11, 2003 - Cyril/Ill Seer was a guest on 100 Huntley St. This episode, dealing with the modern media is co-hosted by Todd Cantelon and also features Rev Dale Lang, Chris Jones, Melinda Estabrooks, David McGhee, Joel Auge, Chris Stacey (Knights of the Realm), The Penny Merchants, and Dave Overholt.
