March 25, 2003 I see the need for a media focused on encouraging young people in Windsor, Ontario. I want to start a radio station because of this. This station will be focused on advising youths in the way of the Lord and playing more Gospel songs that appeal to youth. I would appreciate help in terms of starting a radio station.
